Born Pretty Store - Stamping plates review BP44 & BP46

Hello everyone! :D

Today I am going to show you two awesome stamping plates that I received from Born Pretty Store and tell you about my experience with them. I will post two manicures where you can see some of the designs from the plates and I will give a detailed review about the stamping process. Enjoy! ^_^

The plates are BP-44 and BP-46

Here I used BP-44:

Here I used BP-46
I am a novice when it comes to stamping and I usually prefer hand paining the designs I do on my nails, but when the lovely ladies from Born Pretty Store contacted me and offered me the possibility to test some of their nail art products (of my choice! wow!) I said I should give it a try.

I was a little scared to use these plates, at first, thinking that I will need a lot of practice before I could actually make a decent manicure with them, knowing my previous experiences with no-name stamping plates. But I couldn't have been more wrong! These plates are really great! :D

Even though I don't own many special stamping polishes, I managed to get the designs to transfer easily using regular (thick) nail polishes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that, after scraping, the polish was left just on the design, making it very easy for me to transfer it onto the stamp and apply it on my nails. This had not happened before with other stamping plates, so it is a big PLUS for the BPS stamping plates!

The designs on these plates are fruity and floral, perfect for my spring/summer nail art, so you will see them pretty often on my blog in the next few months (and afterwards). The plates cost 1,99$ (for the Elegant Lace Nail Art Stamping Template Image Plate BP-44) and 2,99$ ( for the Banana Tree Nail Art Stamping Template Image Plate BP-46) so the price/quality rate is really good.

Here are some more pictures of the designs I did using these lovely plates:

For these nails I used the stamping decals technique - leaving the pattern on the stamper and adding a layer of top coat on top of it, then, after it was completely dry, I took it off, cut the design how I wanted and applied it onto the nails.

This design was a little more complicate for me, because I had to learn how to position the stamper on my nails, for complete coverage. The plates helped a lot because I was able to get the full pattern onto the stamper and onto my nails afterwards. :D

The half-moons were painted with acrylic paint, after stamping and I added a bit of glitter to define them better. ^_^

If you like these plates and would like to purchase them or some other great products from Born Pretty Store, you should check out their site www.bornprettystore.com and use the code QYL-91 for a 10% discount on your purchase. They deliver all over the world and so far I haven't been disappointed by their products, so check them out! :D
