Nail Art Marathon 2015 - 1. Favorite Nail Polish
Hello!
This week is a special week because we decided, together with the girls from the Polish Addicts group, to start a new collaboration, entitled "Nail Art Marathon 2015". :D
Why is it called this way? Well, without wanting to spoil it for you, I'm going to tell you that it will last till the end of the year. Yes, that's right, the last post will be on the last Saturday of December 2015. ^_^
Each of us (17 bloggers) came up with two ideas - one for a theme and one for technique - which will be posted separately in two consecutive weeks. Here is a banner with all the themes, in case you are curious:

This week we have one of Andra Kat's ideas, namely "Favorite Nail Polish". It was really hard for me to choose only one, so selected two polishes from two brands that I fancy - China Glaze and O.P.I. and two types of nail polish - regular (shimmery) and textured. Of course, the colors are two of my favorites, as well. ^_^

Autumn and Winter Holidays Challenge - Halloween 2k14
Halloween is my second favorite holiday, after my birthday. Even though it isn't a tradition in my country, lately, people have started pseudo-celebrating it (they enjoy the dress-up part, but have no clue about the real meaning of the holiday).
Anyway, I had an idea about my Halloween manicure for quite a while, but it wasn't until 2 days ago that I actually managed to get it out of my head and on my nails. The result is... one of my favorite manicures this year. (strictly my opinion)
One of the bloggers I follow and admire, Oana, came up with a nice challenge for us, the "Autumn and Winter Holidays Challenge" which I have joined for two reasons:
1. It started with the "Halloween" theme ^_^
2. It has really cute themes :D
And, without further introduction, here is my Halloween - inspired manicure! :D

Alphabet nail art challenge - Letter G for... Gummy Bears!
Even though this hasn't been the best week for me, I have a new manicure to share with you. ^_^
The letter G made me think about galaxy nails instantly because it's a technique I wanted to try for a long, long time, but, I decided to be a little more creative and paint Gummy Bears on my nails! :D
My first idea was to paint them using simple acrylic paint, but Laula suggested I used the Water Drop Technique (tutorial here) and I found her idea very appealing. This is the result:

T.P.A Group Challenge: 20. Fishtail nails
Hey everyone!
This is going to be another short and late post. I'm sorry! I've got two more exams so I need to concentrate on that, for now, and... guess what? Three of my nails broke (tricky zippers and cold weather) so I had to "shorten" all of them... :(
Aceasta va fi tot o postare scurta si intarziata. Scuze! Mai am doua examene si trebuie sa ma concentrez pe ele, deocamdata, si... ghiciti ce? Trei dintre unghiutele mele s-au rupt (fermoare dubioase si vreme rece) asa ca a trebuit sa mi le "scurtez" pe toate... :(

Inspired by a T-shirt - Cats!
Hello nail art lovers!
This week has been a busy one for me - two collabs and a manicure inspired by a t-shirt (I'm strating to get into vaction mode *giggles* ).
I received this t-shirt last week, from my best friend since high-school and I absolutely love it! All of my friends know that I'm a cat person (some say that I've quite a bit of an obsession with cats) and this t-shirt got into my top 10 favorite clothes with the speed of a Formula 1 race car. :P
And now, I'll show you my nails...

Velvet nails
This is my first attempt at Velvet nails. I think it turned out pretty well, what do you say? ^_^
I made a small tutorial for anyone that's interested. Unfortunately the pictures didn't turn out so well so it's more of a stept by step guide...

Autumnal Nails
I've been wanting to do an autumnal manicure for a looooong, long time and now I found the perfect one so I had to paint my nails this way ( well, nobody forced me but yes, I had to ^_^).
I found the design on a nail art site but couldn't find the creator so if you know who it is, please leave a comment and I will edit the post. Thank you! :D
Oh, and I also found a very cute watch with a cuuuute owl on it, that looked great with my manicure so... take a look! :D
