Nail Art Marathon 2015 - 10. Stamping Decals

Hey there! 

This week's challenge is Madalina's idea - stamping decals - and as you know from my previous post, some of my nails broke and I cut them all. I am unhappy with my little nub-nubs and my manicure isn't great either.

I won't explain what stamping decals are, since I'm pretty sure everyone knows the concept, but I will tell you how I made mine. ^_^

First, I painted my nails with one of my favorite colors - a blue/turquoise/green-ish nail polish from Yes Love (011) and added some glitter (Spoiled by Wet'n'Wild no. S054 Trust Fund Baby) on a few of my nails. 

Second, I got one of my stamping plates - BP-46 -from Born Pretty Store and transferred one of the images (mushroom) on my stamp. Afterwards, I colored in the image using acrylic paint and added a layer of top coat over it. When the top coat dried up I removed the decal from the stamp and fixed it on my nail.

 The design is pretty colorful and very simple, I guess I can say that it's fit for summer, but it's definitely not one of my favorites. I can't wait for my nails to grow again...
