This Saturday is going to be very flowery, thanks to Kinga who chose the 14th challenge. ^_^
Even thought the collaboration was postponed with a week, I'm not entirely satisfied with the manicure I made for this theme. To be honest, I made 3 flowery manicures, but this is the only "presentable" one. :/

I used two basic colors - green - Rimmel London 60 seconds nr. 816 and purple - Yves Rocher in the "Visina putreda" shade over which I painted flower stems and two lilies using acrylic paint.

Painting with acrylic paint is easy once you get the right brushes ( I bought a set of 12 brushes a few weeks ago and even though they don't have the quality of my old professional brushes, they do a good job) and a little patience. Painting the lilies took me around 10-15 minutes because I tried to create some shading as you can see in the detailed picture below.
I was inspired by nailbees' nails which I found really cute and fit for the theme. She also has a great tutorial on her page so you should check it out! :D
