Hello, nail art lovers!

A simple manicure from me? I guess you did not expect that! 

Thing is, I liked how my nails turned out so much that I didn't want to paint anything else over them. The technique is called "radial gradient" and it's really easy to do.

Even though, today's theme is somewhat of a sequel for last week's theme, I had fun thinking of something creative to paint on my nails. I chose to paint a peacock feather because I've never had one of these on my nail before. ^_^

Saturday's Theme - Owls

Hello, nail art lovers!

This week the blogosphere was invaded by some of the loveliest birds that exist - owls. They came in all shapes and sizes, from wise ones to silly ones but all equally adorable.

I decided to combine the theme with another topic that I like a lot, the fascinating world of Harry Potter. I chose to represent Hedwig on my nails, along with the Gryffindor colors an the scar that made Harry famous.

Saturday's Theme - Gothic

Hello, nail art lovers!

I had so many ideas for today's theme, all of them involving the colors mostly associated with Goths - red and black. I looked up some patterns associated with the theme but decided to switch colors and chose the only "other color that goths like: light black... otherwise known as... gray" (quote from Aurelio Voltaire). I still used black for the accent nail and for the embellishments.
